Manuela Bojadžijev from the Institute of European Ethnology at the Humboldt University of Berlin gave her lecture on Industry-led migration at the TARN workshop held from August 1st to 3rd in Bangkok. The workshop overall aimed to examine the profound changes and critical challenges in the complex geopolitical landscape of Asia and the wider world, including conflicts, inequities, and the enduring impacts of colonial power relations. Bojadžijevs input dedicates itself to the neglected relationship between labour, mobility, and racism in the context of geopolitically induced industrial policies.
